back from the dead

ugh. i really can't shake this bad habit of disappearing for weeks, no matter how i hate it and try not doing it again, i still end up doing it again. =_=

i dunno why i kept doing it. i guess old habits really just die hard. i could be sitting in front of the computer for hours, and still couldn't get myself to make a post, until stuff pile up, and i'd find updating distasteful, enough to just ignore it altogether. but i'm looking at my page and feel disgusted at how inactive it is LOL

so, inevitably i had to make a post, better sooner than later. it's not as if i'm doing anything right now anyways. i guess it's a blessing that i'm finding myself in a very boring position :P

but i don't know where to start *cries*

my vacation: unexpectedly, we went on vacation to negros at the end of march. we stayed in toboso for three days, soaking up the sun. i was really happy that i got to see most of my relatives from my father's side, coz it rarely happens. the whole time i was on vacation, i felt like i was on a NEWS-blackout. my ipod ran out of battery on the first day, and i didn't bring the charger with me bcoz i didn't think we'd stay in negros that long. there was no electricity at the beach, so we tend to turn in quite early. there's really nothing much you can do in the dark, after setting up a bonfire and listening to my cousins play the guitar and sing random songs. on the last day, we stayed in the water much longer, even went boating with the sun so high up and burning our backs. my uncle said i was good in paddling but i needed more strength and practice. and while i was taking shade amongst the mangrove branches, i jumped from seeing a seasnake pass just inches above my thigh!!!

the ride to bacolod was a nasty one, we had to endure very uncomfortable positions, getting cramped for hours. in the end, all i got was a sore butt. but i found out that my cousin michael (the one cousin who is not close to us, very shy) and i have the same celphone accessories. haha~ i never thought he would like jack skellington too :P it was kinda late when we arrived, but i still insisted to go home to sum-ag. i don't want to sleep anywhere else but in my room. when we finally got home, i was shocked that i looked like toast! i was sooo dark *acck* as if i wasn't dark enough to begin with -_-

i was really happy to be in sum-ag again. no matter how long, how many times, i always felt like i couldn't get enough of the place. it's where i feel the most comfortable in. the place where i grew up, with nanay and tatay (my maternal grandparents), and my cousins, our dogs, just merely spending the days lazing around. i didn't bother even going out to malls and possible new hang-outs, that wasn't what i came home for. i went to see jessy on the second day, the only bestfriend who's still single besides me, but she's getting married next year too (waaaaaah) LOL i shouldn't be sad, right? but i just can't help thinking that i'm being left behind -_-

everyday, there would be blackouts, for a few hours, something being fixed. it's annoying still, esp when it gets unbearably hot in the middle of the day and you wanted to put the electric fan in full blast. i attempted jump roping but didn't last long. haha, i really have zero motivation, and instead started craving for donuts XP

the fourth day was yamapi's bday. i thought about him and NEWS most of the day. i woke up feeling a little sick, and felt worse as the day progressed. i thought that it sucks to be getting sick on your vacation. i started taking antibiotics then. if i was having a fever, it meant there was an infection going on in my body (yay! i didn't totally forgot what i learned in college XD). the fever and body malaise went on for days, so i kept on taking medicine.

went to libertad to see mae (my fave cousin), and played with lyka and dudz (their pet dachshunds). then we both went to tita's evy's next block to see the dachshund puppies, and we were greeted with a pack of dogs in different breeds. it was funny coz mae was afraid of the german shepherd who was licking my hand away. the dachshund puppies were so cute!!! i seriously wanted to smuggle one inside my backpack LOL

the attack of the termites part 2: unfortunately, my encounter with these wretched creatures weren't over yet. after i got home from vacation, i found out that they had camped on the remaining books i had on the shelf. they also got to my boxes of notes and photocopies. so it turned out that the first thing i did after arriving was to haul all the stuff from my room. i guess it was also a chance for me to finally sort out my things and decide what needs to go and be disposed of. in the end, my parents decided to have my room treated with pesticide, and then painted. only, i wish they didn't ask me for the colors i wanted, it would've saved me the heartache from expecting too much, coz in the end i didn't get the colors i wanted for my room. from olive green and lavender, to mint green (that didn't look like mint green) and YELLOW! argh, of all the possible colors they could have chosen, they went for yellow -_-

a day after my room was finished getting painted, i moved back in. at first i thought i would faint from the paint fumes, so i had my windows opened wide most of the day. coincidentally, my bedsheets matched the colors of my room. i'm still not feeling my room. oh well, at least i still have tacchon in it. and i'm gonna have it painted with the colors i wanted the next time, harhar~

doramas: before i went on vacation i was watching honey and clover, anego, and yamada taro monogatari. so far, i only managed to finish anego (*jin-mode*). i really have a bad habit of getting bored so easily, leaving things unfinished most of the time. then i got hung up on hyoten bcoz of that kiss scene with yuya and kanjiya shihori. i still want to see the whole thing though. 'waraeru koi wa shitakunai' was nice, massu's so cute, SANTA~~~

hanakimi japan aired on gma, and hanakimi taiwan's still airing on abs-cbn. i got too tired of keeping up with the timeslots *shrugs*

last friends is so much win! the cast, the opening song (utada hikaru's prisoner of love), the story! i love juri as ruka, eita as takeru, and ryo as the dv bf sousuke. his portrayal is scary O.O
*sings 'face down' by the red jumpsuit apparatus*

'hokaben' (with ueto aya and shige) started airing too. so did 'osen' (with aoi yuu and uchi). i want to see both!!! also can't wait for kei-chan's lost time life butai.

yay! i watched prodai sp 2 days ago. finally, a clear ending i was satisfied with. pi and masami make a really handsome pair (*acck* marga will kill me for this), and i was touched by how much tsuru loves eri. even mikio's considering marriage :D

LOL i am mystified with this kid. he looked hot with the hat, by the way. heysay7 are soooo cute (esp ryutaro and yamada)

notti in nyc to take extensive dance lessons and improve on his english too. WTF? what does he need more dance lessons for? imo, he's always been the best/most natural dancer in NewS. i hate to think that this is just another way to delay his comeback. honestly, i'm tired of waiting, i'm not very good at it. oh well, if this is what notti really wants, then i have no choice but to support him. i just hope he won't take that long -_- and that he'd hopefully start working in je when he gets back.

tegoshi-centric: how can i forget the rumors from those recent paparazzi pics of him going out clubbing? saying he was seen entering a love hotel with two girls *stabbing motion* it really depressed me for days, even though i kept telling myself that i shouldn't be believing things bcoz they probably are just rumors and nothing more. but still, it hurts, it's not like i have control over my feelings. oh well, what tegoshi does with his private life is really not my business, but if it were true, i just hope he's responsible enough (i know he is) T.T by the way, he really looked hot in the paparazzi pics.

i was surprised to find house vermont curry went i went grocery shopping 2 days ago. i was so looking forward to going to the japanese combini it never even occured to me that it could be in the local supermarket XP

-recently got a testi from my ex. i didn't know why all of a sudden he was talking to me. we haven't seen each other for years. i noticed he's still buff (i dunno why that scares me), but i really have no feelings for him anymore, and in the end i got tired of replying so i just stopped. it's not as if i wanted us to be close again. just being friends is enough for me. i don't want another complication in my life. i'm happy with tegoshi :P

new guy to brood over: park ki-woong! he caught my eye in 'someone behind you' (he reminded me of ryo in that movie, kind of dark and manipulating). i still need to finish watching 'my tutor friend 2' :P

i wonder if my parents are coming home today (i hope not).
